Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of enrollment or removal from the program without refund, subject to the applicable refund policy.

6. Fees and Payments

Program fees must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated to the student at the time of enrollment.

By making a payment, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable program fees within the specified timelines.
  • Provide accurate payment and registration information.
  • Pay any applicable charges associated with the selected services.
  • Comply with the applicable payment terms communicated by Anwentec.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, fees paid for a program are non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to Anwentec’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Any applicable late payment, administrative, transaction, or other charges will be communicated to the student where applicable.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by Anwentec’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Students are encouraged to carefully review the program details, curriculum, duration, fees, delivery format, and applicable terms before making payment or confirming enrollment.

Enrollment cancellation, withdrawal, or non-attendance does not automatically create a right to a refund.

8. Attendance and Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Attend scheduled classes, sessions, workshops, or other program activities as applicable.
  • Complete assignments, projects, assessments, and other required activities.
  • Maintain professional and respectful behaviour.
  • Follow instructions provided by trainers, mentors, faculty, and authorized representatives.
  • Comply with Anwentec’s academic, operational, and disciplinary policies.

Anwentec reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a student’s participation in a program for misconduct, academic dishonesty, harassment, inappropriate behaviour, violation of policies, or other serious violations.

Such action may be taken without refund, subject to applicable law and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Course Content and Program Changes

Anwentec continually works to improve its programs and learning experience.

Accordingly, Anwentec reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Course curriculum
  • Trainers or mentors
  • Training schedules
  • Program delivery methods
  • Learning resources
  • Session formats
  • Program structure
  • Technology or software used during training

Where reasonably possible, students will be informed about significant changes.

10. Training, Internship and Certification

Depending on the selected program, Anwentec may provide training, internships, hands-on projects, mentorship, assessments, certification, career development support, or other learning services.

The exact services available to a student will depend on the specific program enrolled in.

Completion of a program or participation in an internship does not automatically guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, or any specific career outcome.

Certification, where offered, may be subject to completion of applicable program requirements.

11. Placement Assistance

Anwentec may provide placement assistance, career guidance, interview preparation, mock interviews, job opportunities, or other career support as part of selected programs.

Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment, a specific job role, a specific salary, or employment within a specified period, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement applicable to the specific program.

Employment decisions are ultimately made by prospective employers based on their own recruitment criteria and requirements.

Anwentec does not guarantee that every student will receive an offer or achieve a particular employment outcome.

12. User Responsibilities

Students and website users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Providing accurate registration information.
  • Using program resources only for authorized purposes.
  • Maintaining professional conduct.
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Students must not share their account credentials, course access, recordings, or other restricted resources with third parties.

Anwentec may suspend or terminate access where unauthorized sharing, misuse, fraudulent activity, or other violations are detected.
