Anwentec Innovation Pvt. Ltd.

Thank you for choosing Anwentec Innovation Pvt. Ltd. for your professional training, internship, and career development programs. We are committed to providing industry-oriented learning, practical experience, expert-led training, and career support.

Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment or confirming your enrollment.

1. General Policy

We understand that enrolling in a training or internship program is an important decision. Once an enrollment is confirmed, Anwentec allocates resources including faculty, mentors, learning materials, infrastructure, course access, project support, and administrative resources.

Accordingly, all payments are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Cancellation by Student

Once enrollment is confirmed and payment has been made, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where Anwentec specifically agrees otherwise in writing.

No refund will generally be provided if a student voluntarily withdraws from a training, internship, or placement-related program, regardless of whether the request is made before or after the program commencement date.

Students are therefore encouraged to review the program details, duration, fee structure, delivery format, curriculum, and other relevant information before making payment.

3. No-Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The student voluntarily withdraws from the program after enrollment.
  • The student stops attending or participating in the program without formally notifying Anwentec.
  • The student does not complete the program due to personal, academic, professional, or other circumstances.
  • The student is removed or suspended from the program due to misconduct, academic dishonesty, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of Anwentec policies.
  • The student fails to attend live sessions, complete assignments, projects, assessments, or other program requirements.
  • The student is dissatisfied due to personal expectations or circumstances unrelated to the quality or delivery of the program.
  • Enrollment was made under a scholarship, fee waiver, promotional offer, special discount, or other discounted arrangement, unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • The student has already received access to course materials, recorded sessions, projects, mentorship, internship resources, or other program benefits.
  • The student fails to secure employment or placement despite receiving placement assistance, where applicable. Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment unless expressly stated in the applicable program terms.

4. Program Cancellation or Modification by Anwentec

In exceptional circumstances, Anwentec may cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, or discontinue a program or batch due to operational requirements, insufficient enrollment, faculty availability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Where Anwentec cancels a program before its commencement and does not provide a suitable alternative, the student may be eligible for a refund of the applicable fees paid for that program.

Alternatively, Anwentec may provide the option to:

  • Transfer the enrollment to another available batch;
  • Transfer to another applicable program; or
  • Reschedule the program to a later available date.

Any refund approved by Anwentec will be processed within 15–20 working days, subject to applicable payment gateway and banking timelines.

5. Batch or Schedule Transfer

Requests to transfer to another batch, schedule, or available program must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

Anwentec may approve a transfer based on:

  • Seat availability;
  • Program availability;
  • Timing and batch requirements;
  • The student’s eligibility for the requested program; and
  • Any applicable administrative requirements.

A transfer request does not automatically qualify the student for a refund.

Any applicable transfer or administrative charges will be communicated to the student before the transfer is processed.

6. Training and Internship Programs

Anwentec offers training and internship programs that may include live sessions, on-demand learning, hands-on projects, certification, mentorship, mock interviews, and placement assistance, depending on the selected program.

Once access to these services has been provided, the applicable program fee will generally be considered non-refundable.

Where placement assistance is included, it may consist of activities such as career development sessions, mock interviews, and placement opportunities. Placement assistance does not necessarily mean that employment is guaranteed unless a specific written program commitment states otherwise.

7. Online and Offline Programs

Anwentec may provide programs through online, offline, live instructor-led, recorded, or blended learning formats depending on the selected course.

Technical issues on the student’s device, internet connection, software, or personal equipment will generally not constitute grounds for a refund.

Where reasonably possible, Anwentec may provide alternative access, recordings, rescheduling, or technical support.

8. How to Submit a Refund or Cancellation Request

Any request relating to cancellation, refund, or program transfer must be submitted in writing through the official Anwentec contact channels.

The request should include:

  • Full Name
  • Enrollment/Registration Number, if applicable
  • Course or Program Name
  • Date of Enrollment
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Registered Email Address
  • Reason for the Request
  • Payment details or transaction reference, where applicable

Verbal requests made through phone calls or informal communication channels may not be treated as formal cancellation or refund requests.

9. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved by Anwentec:

  • The refund will normally be processed within 15–20 working days from approval or receipt of all required information.
  • Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Anwentec will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, or other financial institutions.
  • Any applicable transaction, gateway, administrative, or processing charges may be deducted where permitted and applicable.

10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Students are encouraged to contact Anwentec directly regarding any payment, enrollment, or refund-related concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Any unauthorized or fraudulent payment dispute may be reviewed by Anwentec and the relevant payment service provider.

11. Policy Updates

Anwentec Innovation Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be published on the official website and will become effective from the date specified in the updated policy.

By enrolling in any Anwentec training, internship, placement, or career development program, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
